Lexington-Style Red Slaw

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Medium Head Cabbage Cored and Finely Chopped
  • ? cup Ketchup
  • ½ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • 2 teaspoon Hot Sauce Texas Pete Preferred

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together ketchup, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and hot sauce.
  • Pour dressing over finely chopped cabbage and toss until well mixed.
  • Let sit, tossing occasionally, for 20 minutes.
  • Store in an airtight container in refrigerator until ready to serve. For best results make a day ahead.
