We went to eat dinner at MOFU for my birthday last week. Visitors to MoFu can find Asian fusion small plates and craft cocktails. MOFU is brought to you by Sophia Woo and Sunny Lin the owners of Pho Nomenal Dumpling food truck. I was super excited to try them out.
What we had to eat:
- Honey Sriracha Brussel Sprouts, Pork Belly Bits + Cracked White Pepper Sour Cream
- MOFU Wings, Quick Pickled Cucumbers + Cilantro Green Goddess + Nuocmam Lime Glaze
- Pork & Chive Dumplings, Sweet & Spicy + Black Vinegar Toasted Sesame
- Grilled Chimichurri Steak, Fried Egg Yolk + Roasted Mushrooms & Scallions + Roasted Jalapeño Cream
Everything we had to eat was awesome. The wings were my favorite with the dumplings being a close second. I cannot wait to go back again.
