919Raleigh will soon return to the air and post more flight videos. We were down but not out and the credit for the repair turned replacement goes to Benchmark Tool & Supply / Go Unmanned. If you are interested in purchasing a drone or have a repair issue that needs to be addressed I can’t recommend this group highly enough.
I learned that the cameras on the DJI products get a ‘test’ image taken in the factory to make sure they work. The card is formatted but a simple undelete program like Recuva can usually bring that image back from the dead. I tried it and this is what I found – looks like the inside of a factory and you can kinda make out the DJI logo blurred across the back.
This has been a long road on the fix but we are back and looking forward to getting back in the sky.
