Last time we stopped by the Contemporary’s California Grill, we visited for cocktails. After that we knew we wanted to come back for dinner. The views were spectacular as you overlook Magic Kingdom. We were celebrating our 15th anniversary and it seemed like the perfect spot for dinner.
We decided to go for appetizers and sushi. We started with the Oysters Rockefeller Revisited. It came with spinach, comte cheese, candied bacon, caviar and beet coral tuile. It was the perfect start to the meal.
For dinner we had sushi:
- Tuna 3 Ways: Kaku-Zukuri, Miso, Toasted Hazelnut,Shishito, Tataki, Aji
Amarillo, Onion-Soy Vinaigrette, Tuna Roll - Spicy Kazan Roll: Crab, Shrimp, Scallops, Tuna, Fireball Sauce
- Lobster Roll: Maine Lobster, Avocado, crispy Noodles, Fireball-Yuzu-Truffle Sauce
