Bitty & Beau’s Coffee is more than just a cup of coffee. The owners have four children and two of them have down syndrome. They advocate for inclusion and acceptance of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities Bitty & Beau’s Coffee employs 40 people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. They opened the coffee shop in January 2016 in Wilmington, NC.
I had a latte with cinnamon and brown sugar and Anthony had a latte with toasted marshmallow. Oh my goodness! It was a great cup of coffee. If you find yourself in Wilmington, make sure to stop by Bitty & Beau’s.
