We’ve come to uhhh… eat tasty pastries?!?! Norway is a great stop in the world of EPCOT for the Frozen ride but the authentic Norwegian pastries can really steal the show. We tried the School Bread (Sweet Cardamom Bun filled with Vanilla Crème Custard and topped with Glazed and Toasted Coconut ) and the Troll Horn (Cloudberry Jam with Whipped Cream in a Crispy Pastry Sugar-coated Shell). Both were excellent but if I were going to only choose one I’d go after the School Bread the sweet custard and the toasted coconut are a great combination. So if the line for Frozen is a little too much to handle go enjoy a treat at Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe. The best part is you don’t have to pillage anything to get it.
