This even is as simple as it sounds – pancakes, booze and art. We skipped the pancakes and booze – checked out the art and did a little bit of people watching.
This was a fun event but probably could have benefited from a more open floor plan than the Lincoln Theatre (misspelled on the poster) provided. It was fun being in the space with the lights on but it wasn’t exactly the best place for this event.
Overall it was a good time and I’m glad Raleigh was a stop on the tour. Should it come back around make sure you buy tickets in advance ($5 is more reasonable for this even than $10), be prepared for a short wait for pancakes (very little wait for drinks), take your time to check out the art and the people enjoying the event (both are entertaining).
