Who doesn’t love a low country boil? Huge pots of water with potatoes, corn, shrimp, sausage and your special seasoning. After you are done cooking toss it on the table for all to enjoy. Make sure to grab a beer to wash it all down. It is a great communal experience.
Friday was the perfect day for it. Great music and fantastic food was served up at Salty Mikes. This event was supported by Louisiana Cookin. Guests enjoyed cocktails from Firefly and plenty of delicious shrimp!!!!
