Idle Hour Coffee opened its doors on Monday, August 31. They are located at 1818 Oberlin Road in Raleigh. They make small batch coffee onsite.
Their concept is baked goods, sandwiches, tea, and damn fine coffee, which is a concept I can get behind. We got a cup of drip coffee and an iced matcha tea with oat milk. Both were great but I am going to have to return to get some of those baked goods.
Check out those doughnuts from tepuy chef!!! They look sooooo good. They also have some great-sounding sammies available from 11-3. The space is nice and relaxing and the coffee is great. So next time you need a caffeine fix, support local and grab a drink at Idle Hour Coffee.
