Pig Pickin’ Colonial style in downtown Williamsburg. Colonial-style cooking with a modern touch made for an excellent lunch in the Colonial village. The 90-pound pig was roasted for 9 hours and served with fried chicken and everything that someone from 1776 might expect to eat.
