Southern 75 - Beer/Bourbon Mixed Drink
Ingredients
- 6 Ounces IPA Style Beer We used SweetWater IPA
- 2 Ounces Bourbon Four Roses suggested - we used Knob Creek
- ¾ Ounces Fresh-squeezed Lemon Juice
- ½ Ounces Demerara Syrup Simple syrup made from Demerara Sugar
Instructions
- Pour the beer into a chilled collins glass.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the bourbon, lemon juice, and demerara syrup with ice, and shake vigorously.
- Strain the bourbon mixture into the beer and garnish with a lemon twist.
