Lions, Tigers and ummmm… bears? Nope. No bears. Maybe the biggest thing I learned today is the only bear in the park is Winnie the Pooh. I had a lot of fun with the Nikon and Tamron 18-270mm taking shots of some really photogenic animals and one that was a bit of an exhibitionist on both tours we did. 
(Don’t worry – once you see it you can’t un-see it.)Â And not to cut another blog post short but if a picture really is worth 1000 words I’ve got a novel here already. Some of the pics are mine – others are Cara’s – just depended on where we were sitting on the tours.
And yes – that really is skywriting over the park. Not sure what the intention was exactly but it was mid-afternoon and the wind was dispersing one word before they wrote the next.
