Roasted Asparagus with Feta Cheese
Ingredients
- 2lb Asparagus (Trimmed)
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Oregano (Dried)
- 2 dashes Salt
- 2 dashes Pepper
- 3/4 cups Feta
- 1 Lemon
Directions

In a bowl combine the olive oil, garlic, oregano, and salt and pepper. | |

Preheat the over to 425 degrees. | |

Toss the asparagus in the olive oil mixture. | |
Step 4 | |
Arrange on the asparagus on a baking sheet. | |
Step 5 | |
Sprinkle feta on the asparagus. | |

Bake 13 minutes or until done. | |

Squeeze lemon juice over the cooked asparagus and enjoy! |
