    Instant Pot Brussels Sprouts


    • 1lb Brussel Sprouts (Trimmed and halved lengthwise)
    • 4 pieces Bacon (Chopped)
    • 1/4 cup Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
    • 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
    • 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper (Coarsely Ground)


    Step 1
    Select the saute mode on the pressure cooker for medium heat.
    Step 2
    When the display reads HOT, add chopped bacon and cook for about 5 minutes
    until crispy, stirring frequently.
    Step 3
    Turn off the saute mode.
    Step 4
    Add brussels sprouts, soy sauce, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Stir to mix well.
    Step 5
    Secure and seal the lid. Cook at high pressure for 4 minutes, followed
    by a manual pressure release.
