Do you need another reason to love Target? I just tried out Target Drive Up. Basically you order from your Target App and pull up to the pick up area where they bring everything out to your car.
Here’s how it works:
When you start shopping with your app you need to make sure to choose Drive Up at check out. Once you place your order, you will receive an email notification. After you get your email saying your order is ready, you can click the button in the email to tell them when you are on the way. When you get to the store, pull up to the parking that says Drive up and they will bring your order out to you.
Pros:
It was super fast. The minute I pulled up the employee was out with my order. They scanned my app for pick up and I was on my way. One of the items I ordered was not available in store but they offered me 2 day free shipping, which I thought was awesome. What I did instead was change to a brand that was in stock since I needed the item right away.
Cons:
The only con I see is that you don’t get to meander through the store to see all the items you just can’t live without. Did someone say Dollar Spot?
