This International Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame member is no stranger to North Carolina and hosts an annual festival in Denton, NC. Doyle Lawson & Quicksilver were amazing and put on a terrific mid-day show. He may look like Robert E. Lee stole Elvis’ jacket but the total package is hard to beat. One of the highlights was a couple of a capella songs that showed the incredible talent and vocal range of the band. Yes – everyone must sing and play at a high level to be in this group.
