The folks with Charleston Wine and Food Festival transformed the bus shed into an Italian string-lit city block for this fun evening.
There were lots of great Italian beverages to enjoy like Peroni and Campari. My favorite part of this event was meeting Chef Teddy Diggs from Il Palio in Chapel Hill. He prepared slow-roasted porchetta and served with a dill bread. It was so good. They also prepared an Espresso Copetta which was the perfect dessert. I can’t wait to get back home and make a reservation to eat at Il Palio.
This was a great evening with lots of fun, pizza, and pasta. I am now going into a carb coma. Well done #chswff!
