One of our favorite beer shops in Raleigh is Tasty Beverage. They are located in the train depot station in downtown Raleigh. They always seem to have the beers we love. Last week they had Terrapin’s Tart Cherry Wake-n-Bake on draft. Those that are fans of Wake and Bake know it is a great beer, which is why I was a bit skeptical. Why mess up a a good thing? We are fans of sours and we are huge fans of Terrapin beers, so we thought we would give it a try. This did not disappoint! I really like it and may even like it better than Wake -n- Bake!

Pair with: Espresso BellaVitano or Brie, or a warm chocolate tart.
They did have bottles in stock when we were there. So if you get a chance to snag one I would suggest it.
