I finally got to stop by Heirloom. They are located in downtown Raleigh in the Dillon Building. Being a sucker for coffee I wanted to try this place out. The space is beautiful and the coffee does not disappoint. They have coffee, tea, sake and light bites on the menu.
Their philosophy is simple:
“The pursuit of harmony among differences, the union of our various cultures and offerings, and the belief that hospitality and the passionate dedication to crafting genuinely inspired food and beverage can uplift the communities around us. This is the fabric of Heirloom that we are unabashedly unapologetic for.”
I opted for the Brown Sugar and Five Spice Latte which was amazing. It was not too sweet. I also tried their Japanese hot chips. They are fresh cut chips tossed in a Japanese seaweed and spices. They are vegetarian and gluten free. They had just the right amount of heat on them. The seasoning was great.
If you are in downtown Raleigh make sure to stop by Heirloom for a drink and a bite to eat. I can’t wait to go back and try out their Taiwanese Fried Chicken!
