Gusto Raleigh is now open. It is located at 3088 Wake Forest Road near Trader Joe’s. Their concept is a simple farm-to-street restaurant that has fast-fired pizzas and fresh salads.
I grabbed a half a pizza and half a salad lunch special for $10.95. Here is what I had to eat:
ROOSTER’S REVENGE
power greens, spring mix, sunflower sprouts, cherry tomatoes, smoked gouda and tortilla strips, served with cilantro lime dressing and a honey sriracha drizzle.
WILD SHROOM PIZZA
balsamic mushroom truffle sauce, smoked gouda, mozzarella, and cremini mushrooms, topped with baby arugula, goat cheese, and a balsamic drizzle
I washed everything down with a Strawberry Rosemary Lemonade, It was a great quick lunch spot. The food was really good. They had lots of different options for pizza crust including cauliflower! If you are looking for a healthy spot to grab a quick bite to eat, make sure to check out Gusto!
