Summer is my favorite time of year. The produce is amazing and we get great corn here in North Carolina. I was looking for different recipes to spice it up a bit while still keeping it healthy. I came across this recipe that feels a bit decadent without all the consequences. I can’t wait to serve this at an upcoming dinner party. This is so easy and really yummy. If you try it, let me know what you think.
