Dram & Draught: Fall Cocktail Menu 2017

This Friday is the fall menu release at Dram & Draught. We got to have a sneak peek today. Here is what we had to drink:

The Birds & the Bees
Eagle Rare Single Barrel Bourbon, house-made cherry tincture, honey, orange bitters, orange zest, and house brandied cherry

O’Pumpkin
Smirnoff Vodka, pumpkin purée, maple syrup, whole egg, allspice.

Large Mouth Bass
Virgin 101 Charcoal Filtered Bourbon, Tawny Port, fresh lemon juice, Demerara sugar, Fee Brothers Old Fashioned Bitters, egg white.

The King’s Medicine
George Dickel no. 8 Tennessee Whiskey, Cardamaro, house-made ginger syrup, Angostura bitters, lemon zest.

As always the drinks were great. The O’Pumpkin would be a great dessert drink. My favorite was the King’s Medicine. The ginger syrup gave the drink a great kick. If you are downtown and are looking for a great cocktail, make sure to stop by Dram & Draught.
