On April 1, Coach Roy Williams announced his retirement from UNC. Roy coached over 33 seasons as UNC’s men’s head basketball coach. How do you honor a legend like Roy Williams?
Well, you give away a free doughnut in his honor of course! On Saturday, April 3 all North Carolina Dunkin’ Donut locations gave away a free Roy Williams doughnut with a drink purchase. It was a chocolate iced doughnut with a Carolina Blue drizzle and it was filled with custard. It was a sweet way to honor Coach Williams.
