Hello Chicken Salad Chick! Chicken Salad Chick recently opened its doors in Waverly Place. Their concept, good food brings people together. The salads are all named after real-life people. Stacy chose new spins on the classic chicken salads to honor and reflect their personalities.
I decided to grab some chicken salad to have for the weekend. I got 3 of the small portions so we could try the different options. Here is what we got:
- Sassy Scotty a zesty blend of ranch, bacon, & shredded cheddar cheese.
- Buffalo Barclay a buffalo chicken salad.
- True Blue Betty a chicken salad with blue cheese crumbles and cracked pepper.
My favorite by far was the Sassy Scotty. It was sooooo good. But all of them were good. The True Blue Betty was the most unique and really tasty if you love blue cheese.
