This week and next week on Wednesday from 11:30-1:30 (March 1, 2017) they will have North Carolina’s answer to the Nashville Hot Chicken. Marinated in a pickle juice brine, fried, and doused in a hot vinegar sauce the sandwich is served with slaw and pickles.
It is delicious and the proceeds go to a great cause.
