During my last trip to Disney, I visited EPCOT’s International Flower & Garden Festival. It is one of my favorite times of year to visit the park because the flowers make it beautiful. They also have some great things to eat around the world.
I opted to try the Liquid Nitro Honey Mascarpone Cheesecake for $5.25. This was hands down one of the best things I have ever had in Disney. It was excellent. The cold cheesecake with the blueberry compote was the perfect pairing. Make sure to watch them prepare your cheesecake. It is cool to watch them get the cheesecake cold and then smash it.
