If you aren’t familiar with pop art or Andy Warhol you probably walked by these cans of soup in Target and thought Campbell’s was finally getting creative with their color choices. That either fortunately or unfortunately is not the case. These are an homage to the Andy Warhol classic and in that life imitating art imitating life we can now buy these and enjoy tomato soup. These are supposed to be a “limited” edition but I assume they mean as far as time is concerned not amount – the Target I was at seemed to have more than they could sell.
I do think this is a cool idea – at one point we owned knock-off Andy Warhol prints that looked almost identical.
