The Yak and Yeti restaurant is located inside of Disney’s Animal Kingdom. We have never been able to get a reservation there so we were super excited to get one this trip. The restaurant features Pan-Asian cuisine.
Since it was lunch we decide to get a couple of appetizers to share. We opted for the following items:
Ahi Tuna Nachos – Sushi grade Ahi tuna, Asian slaw, crispy fried wontons, wasabi aioli, sweet soy glaze.
Korean Fried Chicken – Hand-breaded tenders tossed in gochujang maple syrup, dipping sauce.
The portion sizes were perfect for the two of us. Our food was amazing. I loved the dipping sauce with the chicken but I also really liked the nachos because they were made with crispy wonton wrappers.
If you have park reservations at Animal Kingdom, try and snag a reservation at the Yak and Yeti. We will definitely be back. It was one of our favorite spots for lunch during our trip.
