OK well, sort of. Google Fiber just opened its Fiber Space Raleigh location at 518 West Street. For those of you have been in Raleigh for a while it was the old 518 West restaurant in Glenwood South. Google Fiber is now available in Raleigh but only in North Hills. You can add your name to a list to be notified when Fiber will be available in your area. Make sure to do so here.
The new Fiber Space is awesome. You are able to go into the space to actually use their Fiber and try it out. This is the best way to see the difference! They are having a First Friday event on February 3 from 6-9 so make sure to swing by to check out the new space and welcome Google to Raleigh!
