Finally got to sample this at Dank Burrito described as “Smoked gouda & truffle cheese sauce with elbow pasta” it is amazing. The next time I am there I am going to see if I can get them to use this in their burrito instead of rice. Worth an ask right? Until then if you are there be sure to try this out and debate whether or not it is a main dish or a side dish. (It’s a side.)
