Hello Scratch Cary! Nice to meet you!

We went to visit Scratch’s newest location in downtown Cary. It is located in the old Postmaster’s spot, near Bond Brothers. We enjoyed a few appetizers and drinks before heading down to Cary’s 150th celebration.

Here’s what we had to eat:

Scratch Fries – They are hand-cut served with marinated ribeye, cheese sauce, bacon, ranch, and scallions.

Green Tomato Stacks – They are coconut-coated fried green tomatoes served with a red pepper jam.

Pork Belly Bites – This was crispy pork belly served with brussel sprouts with a Thai chili hoisin glaze.

We also washed it all down with a couple of great local beers from Bond Brothers.

The food was great and the portion size was plenty. A couple of things to know. They are open for dinner only and they don’t take reservations.
