This is an easy yummy recipe. I normally have it as a side but if you want to add chicken you can make a meal of it.

Grilled Caesar Salad


  • 3 leaves Romain Hearts
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 dash Salt and Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Parmesean Cheese
  • 1 box Croutons


Step 1
Rinse lettuce.
Step 2
Brush lettuce with olive oil and add salt and pepper.
Step 3
Over medium heat grille each side of the lettuce until it has a nice char.
Step 4
Before serving sprinkle with cheese and add croutons.
