This quote greets you when you visit Virgil’s located on South Salisbury Street and I’d say it is pretty spot on! So cheers to Taco Tuesday. This place is tucked away and has a really great vibe.
For starters, I tried the roasted tomatillo salsa with chips. I also had tacos. I tried the chorizo con papas. This has house-made chorizo, salsa verde, queso fresco, onion, and cilantro.
Virgil’s has great tacos made from fresh ingredients. So next time it is Taco Tuesday, stop by and check them out.
