Bowen’s Island Restaurant is described as a no-frills atmosphere, graffiti walls and beautiful views of the water. The Baked at Bowen’s event was a seafood feast.  We sipped on wines from the Northwest and enjoyed spirits from Firefly. A panel of chefs which included Cru Catering and Café Executive Chef and Owner John Zucker and Asheville’s Chef William Dissen from the Market Place cooked up a great meal for all to enjoy.

  • Grilled Mahi Mahi Taco
  • Octopus
  • Smoked Oysters with Sourdough Benne Crackers
  • Shrimp and Crab Salad with celery, grapefruit, almonds

  • Firefly, one of our Charleston favorites
