[Raleigh, NC, January 22, 2016] – On January 30th, Standard Foods will host the first of many Late Nite Pop-Ups. Standard Foods’ head bartender, Taylor Homes, will host guest bartenders the last Saturday of every month from 12am to 2am, and together, they’ll offer a one-night-only cocktail menu beginning at Midnight. Chef de Cuisine Bret Edlund and Head Butcher Steve Goff will take their cue from the cocktails, and serve an adventurous late-night menu to nosh on while the drinks flow.

To kick off the first pop-up on January 30th, Standard Foods keeps it local by welcoming Garrett Waddell from Stanbury as guest bartender. Diner-style cocktails and snacks are on tap for the first Late Nite Pop-Up. Think Ramos Gin Fizz and Fried Boudin…
