Brunch Demo from Raleigh’s Jake Wolf, Chef, and Co-owner of Capital Club 16. I was super excited to attend the brunch demo. If you have ever had a chance to go to Capital Club 16 in Raleigh you would know why I was excited. This is one of my favorite restaurants in Raleigh.

Chef Wolf prepared a delicious crostini with a smoked paprika pimento cheese served with local honey and fig. You can check out the recipe for this great appetizer. If you don’t feel like making this yourself you can just stop by his restaurant and grab some. The secret ingredient is the smoked paprika.

Chef Jake Wolf’s childhood friend, Eamonn O’Mahoney, created the Moore County Moonshine Brunch Cocktail to enjoy with brunch. This was the perfect brunch beverage. Skip the bloody mary and go directly to this cocktail next time you are looking for a morning refresher.
