What do you do after a brewery tour? Go get Babb-tized at Babb Bros BBQ & Blues. (I have no idea what that means really.) Or at least get a three-meat plate with brisket, pulled pork and ribs. Another great Texas BBQ experience and this time I had the raw onions and pickles on the side. I told them when I was in line that I was a BBQ expert and in my opinion, they were making great things happen in the smoker. No red slaw but otherwise they were doing really well. I was really impressed with the meatloaf I tried. Different but really good. That is not something I would expect to find coming out of a North Carolina smoker.
