In the Magic Kingdom, we stopped by Sleepy Hollow Tavern in Liberty Square to try their Sweet and Spicy Chicken & Waffle Sandwich. No stranger to chicken & waffles as a meal this fast-food sandwich had a lot of appeal. It didn’t disappoint it was perfect for a quick lunch with a short line and close seating. Was this the best Chicken & Waffle I’ve had? Probably not but the sandwich was good and the addition of the slaw was a nice balance to the spicy and sweet flavors. I would definitely stop in again if I wanted something quick.
If you want to try it just head towards the castle and take the left towards Liberty Square. The building is small and unassuming and if you see the Hall of Presidents you’ve gone too far – turn around and walk about 20 feet.
